For many years the Club had an annual closed tournament (ie Members only) at the end of the summer.  However, the tournament was discontinued in the 1990s.

Then in 2006, thanks to the efforts of a number of members, the tournament was reintroduced.  It was a resounding success - due, in some part, to the exceptionally fine weather on the weekend of the final rounds. 

The tournament provides opportunities for every member to take part - whatever the level of their playing ability.  The competitions are as follows:

The 'Handicap Singles' and 'Drawn Doubles' do not have preliminary rounds - they are played on the final rounds weekend.

A digital scoresheet is attached to each competition page so that competitors can relay results directly to the website and allow for an immediate  results update.
